Ranger powerlifting team takes second at state meet

The Ranger powerlifting team brought home second place from the state meet in Abilene, and two members garnered statewide honors.The team was tied for first with 17 points with Beeville Jones, but after the third tiebreaker, were pushed to second place.

Stock set to speak here on April 3

Tracy Stock of Charlotte, NC will return to Perryton as the next speaker in the Leadership Perryton series, on Thursday, April 3, at the Frank Phillips College Allen Campus.
Julie Burch of Dallas was the latest speaker in the Leadership Perryton series. She spoke on “Exceptional Customer Service!” at Frank Phillips College, Allen Campus last Thursday evening. Jennie Junes have program on Pregnancy Support Center

The Jennie June Club had a program on the Pregnancy Support Center at its meeting March 12 at Perry Memorial Library.Nicole Huddleston, one of the organizers of the center gave the program. She said it was organized by several women who saw the need in Perryton for such an organization.
