Burglaries, stolen car are investigated

A stolen car and a couple of burglaries were investigated by local law enforcement. Wolf Creek Feeders, on FM 2711, reported that a welder had been stolen from the shop at the site. It was valued at $2,000. Dennis Schaffer, 405 S. Eton, reported a 9 mm pistol had been stolen from the residence.

Steel Challenge match set The Perryton Rifle and Pistol Club will hold its monthly Steel Challenge match on Saturday, June 13, at 1 p.m. at the Chuck Waller Range, located on County Road U across from Wolf Creek Park. There will be three Steel Challenge courses: Pendulum, Roundabout, and 5 to Go.
