After weeks of declines, Ochiltree County’s active COVID-19 cases have risen slightly. According to data from the Texas Department of State Health Services, Ochiltree County’s estimated active cases of COVID-19 stand at 46, up from 42 cases last Tuesday afternoon.

Perryton-Ochiltree County Crime Stoppers needs information this week to solve a couple recent burglaries. On Jan. 17, it was reported that a Samsung 75-inch flat screen television had been stolen from a residence in the 1500 block of South Indiana. The theft happened between 4 p.m.
