IRS provides new tax inflation adjustments for tax year 2022

The Internal Revenue Service has announced the tax year 2022 annual inflation adjustments for more than 60 tax provisions, including the tax rate schedules and other tax changes. Revenue Procedure 2021-45 provides details about these annual adjustments.

House burglarized

A house burglary and a stolen meter were among the crimes police investigated during the week. Scott Mayfield reported a burglary at a residence at 1809 Fordham. A television was stolen, and the air conditioning had been turned off. It was the second time items had been taken from the home.
