Hospice Tree of Love set up for donations The OGH Hospice Volunteers welcome donations and memorial donations to the Hospice Tree of Love. The Hospice Volunteers of OGH is a non-profit organization serving terminally ill patients and their families in this area.

Arts & Crafts Festival this weekend

The Perryton Satellite Center’s Arts & Crafts Festival will be held this weekend, Nov. 20-21, at the Expo Center. It is the 51st year for the event. The hours for the show will be Saturday, Nov. 20, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 21, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

Four students from Perryton High School were named to the Region 1 Small School Choir last at Caprock High School in Amarillo. The 80-member choir performed in Mary Moody Northen Hall on the campus of West Texas A&M University in Canyon on Nov. 13.

The Rangers came out on fire and clicking on all cylinders Friday, taking the bi-district championship by blasting Midland Greenwood 35-19 in Plainview. The Rangers will now go against powerhouse Celina in the area round. (see related story for details).

Fresh off a big 35-19 bidistrict win over Midland Greenwood, the Perryton Rangers will face a formidable opponent this Friday in the area round. The Rangers will play Celina in Iowa Park on Friday. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
