Frank Phillips College Allen Campus, began its annual Kids College this week, with lots of activities for kids from ages 4-14. One of the more popular classes has been “2-Dye-4,” which lets kids explore different techniques for creating fun coloring projects for clothing and other materials.

OGH’s COVID cases drop slightly

COVID-19 results from Ochiltree General Hospital have dipped this week. According to Chief Nursing Officer Jyme Kinnard, RN, Ochiltree General Hospital completed 60 total COVID-19 tests in the last seven days, with seven positive cases, down from nine last week.

Hospital board okays plan for scribe program for physicians

The Ochiltree County Hospital District Board of Directors met on Monday evening, June 20, in the Conference Center at Ochiltree General Hospital. Among other items on the agenda, the board members approved the adoption of a scribe program to be administered by Voice Products of Wichita, Kansas.
