Hill, Lynch named December Rotary Students of Month

The Perryton Rotary Club recognized seniors Tiana Hill and Jarrett Lynch as the December 2023 Students of the Month. Hill is the granddaughter of Teresa Oliva. She runs track and field and participates in choir, theater, and one act play at Perryton High School.

The Ochiltree County Hospital District has appointed Kelly Judice as Ochiltree General Hospital’s new permanent chief executive officer. Judice has been serving as the Interim CEO since Oct. 1, 2022, when Leroy Schaffner, the previous CEO, retired.

United Way drive tops 89% of goal

The Ochiltree United Way’s 2024 fund drive topped 89% of its $94,300 goal this week, with $83,706 in donations so far. Leading the six individual divisions is non-profit. It has raised $14,859, which is 135% of its $11,000 goal.
