Beverly Sharp, 70, of Perryton, died Aug. 26, 2021.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, at 10:30 a.m. at Victory Family Church with Rev. Chuck Kaliszewski and Rev. Marlon Sparks officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born Jan. 25, 1951 in Sweeny, and graduated from Sweeny High School. She attended Southwest Texas State University, and graduated from the University of Houston in 1973. She married H.R. Sharp on May 13, 1972 in Sweeny.
She taught school for over 40 years, including teaching special education for 14 years in Olton and Plainview before retiring in 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Joan Roesler.
She is survived by her husband, H.R., of the home; one son, Michael Sharp of Norman, OK; three daughters, Kerri Mahan of Katy, Cheri Kemp of Perryton and Sarah Sharp of the home; One sister, Debbie Kames of Stillwater, OK; eight grandchildren; and one great-grand-child.
