Hay bale fire, missing license plates reported

Missing license plates and a small fire were the main incidents investigated by police during the past week. Roy McCartney reported a hay bale on fire at his lot in the 600 block of SE First. He saw two juveniles at the site before they ran off.

KIWANIS DONATIONS DISTRIBUTED

The Perryton Kiwanis Club distributed its first and second donations from their fundraising activities to local non-profit groups last week. Each received $200.
