Jimmie B. Todd, 82, of Odessa had his homecoming following a brief illness on Sept. 1, 2020 and was received by his Lord and Savior that loved him so much and that he loved his entire life. A Celebration of Life was held at First Baptist Church in Odessa on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 1:30 p.m.

More license plates missing

Rangers to take on Demons Friday

PISD to provide free meals for all district students

The Perryton ISD will provide breakfast and lunch to students at no charge beginning this Monday, Sept. 14, for the rest of the fall semester. The free meals are being funded by USDA through a program scheduled to run through Dec. 31, unless federal funding runs out sooner.

County’s active COVID-19 cases have dropped to 10

Ochiltree County’s total COVID-19 cases may have risen slightly, but the active cases have fallen. The county’s total cases have risen from 110 to 111 since last Thursday evening. The number of active cases have fallen from 13 on Thursday to 10.
