PHS Theatre to perform one-act play Perryton High School’s Theatre Department will perform this year’s one actplay, “Ville du Havre” by Amanda Guthrie, directed by Anissa Ellis, on Sunday, Feb. 28, at 3 p.m. at the PHS auditorium.

Durkin to speak here on ‘Mental Management’ this Thursday

Tim Durkin, CSP, of Dallas is coming back to the Leadership Perryton XIX series this week. He will present a session, “Mental Management,” on Thursday, March 4, at the Frank Phillips College Allen Campus. Registration begins at 6 p.m., and the seminar will start at 6:30 p.m.

Commissioners hire concessionaire

The Ochiltree County Commissioners’ Court held a special meeting on Friday morning at the Ochiltree County Courthouse. The commissioners approved the hiring of Kathie Dunnam as the new concessionaire at Lake Fryer and Wolf Creek Park.
