Guereca rites held

Eunice Guereca, 29, of Hobbs, NM, formerly of Gruver, died June 4, 2021. Services were held Saturday, June 12, at Iglesia La Pea de Horeb in Perryton with Pastor Jose Avalos officiating. Burial followed in Hansford Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Lions Club tournament winners listed

The Perryton Lions Club Yellow Ball Tournament was held at the city golf course June 5. In the first flight, taking first place was the team of Taylor Manross, Ricardo Gonzalez and David Morgan. Second place went to Perry Allred, Clint Allred and Hadley Allred.
