Kelly Barnes of Choctaw, OK, will be the next featured speaker in the Leadership Perryton series.
He will give a session, “Make It A Habit,” on Thursday, Dec. 2, at Frank Phillips College Allen Campus. Registration begins at 6 p.m., and the seminar starts at 6:30 p.m.
There is no charge to attend.
The Perryton Satellite Center’s annual Arts & Crafts Festival was held last weekend at the Ochiltree County Expo Center. Vendors and shoppers came from all over the region to sell specially-made gifts, crafts, artwork, and food to local craft lovers and early Christmas shoppers.
The 66th performance of George Frideric Handel’s “Messiah” will be presented by the Perryton Musical Arts Enrichment Foundation on Sunday, Nov. 28, in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church. The annual Christmas tradition will begin at 6 p.m.

American Legion to hold monthly meeting
The American Legion Post 254 will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, Dec. 6, at the Senior Citizen Center. A meal will be served at 6 p.m., and the meeting itself will begin at 7 p.m. All veterans are welcome to attend.
