Graduation for the Class of 2023 at Perryton High School is set for 11 a.m. this Saturday at Ranger Field, and many students are already getting ready for the big ceremony — and for everything that comes after that.

Retirement reception set at crisis center A retirement reception for the Panhandle Crisis Center’s long-time program director Jamie Casdorph will be held on Wednesday, May 31 from 2-4 p.m. at the crisis center, 301 S. Ash in Perryton.

4-H members compete in spring contests

Ten Ochiltree 4-H members recently competed at the Panhandle District 4-H Roundup Contests. The District 4-H Contests were held on the West Texas A&M University campus in Canyon and at the Amarillo Rifle Club.

Flaming, Rosales named Rotary Students of the Month for May

The Perryton Rotary Club has named Perryton High School seniors Jessica Flaming and Efrain Rosales as the May Rotary Students of the Month. Flaming is the daughter of Jaymie and Braden Flaming. She has two siblings, Jayden and Bradie.
