Last Thursday’s tornado is causing major disruptions to what used to be everyday activities, but some local organizations are already working on solutions. Both FirstBank Southwest and Interstate Bank suffered damage during the storm.

Museum of Plains to host Smithsonian exhibit, program June 17 on pollinators

The Museum of the Plains will play host for a poster exhibition on animal pollinators produced by the Smithsonian Gardens and the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service. The “Pollination Investigation” exhibit will be held at the museum through July 14.

POLICE REPORT

In county jail activity: Jared Allen Cramer, 22, was arrested on a fourth degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15. He was released on $12,500 bond.
