Rifle and Pistol Club sets monthly meeting The Perryton Rifle and Pistol Club will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, Oct. 3, at 7 p.m. at the indoor range south of the Ochiltree County Expo Building. The club will be discussing new and ongoing projects.

Locals earn awards at Tri-State Fair

Local residents participated in the annual Tri-State Fair in Amarillo, with a number of them earning awards this year.Eleven members of Ochiltree County 4-H competed in the Market Barrow Show, Market Steer Shows, and Livestock Judging.Junior Livestock Judging featured 121 contestants and 42 teams.
