Dr. Randy Skaggs, DVM, signed books at the Museum of the Plains for the official release of “Country Vet: More Tall Tails,” a collection of more funny and heartwarming stories from Skaggs’ many years of treating animals and their humans. The book is available at the museum and at Animal Clinic of Perryton.
The Panhandle Crisis Center is offering the opportunity to help children and families in need this Christmas with the Angel Tree Project, with Angel Trees set up in local businesses to let benefactors purchase gifts for kids. GARLANDS OF GIVING The City of Perryton has once again set up a Giving Garland this year instead of the traditional Giving Tree in City Hall to assist local citizens who have difficulty paying their winter heating bills.
