Rangers thump Whitefaces, 38-28

The Rangers battled the Hereford Whitefaces last Friday night in Perryton. The Rangers won the contest 38-28, and held the lead through most of the game.The first quarter began with Hereford on offense, but they were forced to punt.

Rangers drop contest to Randall, 28-21

The Rangers traveled to Randall last Friday for a match up with the Raiders. They lost a close one, 28-21.The Rangers had the ball first, and advance to the Randall 32 yard line, when the Raiders picked off a pass.

Rangers take 27-26 victory

The Perryton Rangers, after trailing by two scores at halftime, came back in the second half to beat Dalhart 27-26 in a homecoming game Friday night.The win brings Perryton’s record to 1-1. They will travel this Friday to face the Randall Raiders.

While that includes memorizing plays and practicing passes and blocks, it also includes weight training to boost their strength and stamina.
