The PHS powerlifting teams traveled to Panhandle last weekend to compete, and both teams finished as team champions.
“Both teams are made up of mostly varsity kids with a few new lifters and JV kids mixed in as well. Our kids lifted very well, hit many personal records, and broke several school records!” Coach Casey Arruda said.
