FOOTBALL IS COMING

Perryton High School football players and coaches began two-a-day workouts last week at Ranger Field. Perryton’s first games will hit later in August, with a scrimmage against Hereford on Aug. 21, ninth grade and junior varsity games in Dalhart on Aug. 27, and the varsity’s first game against Dalhart here on Aug. 28.
