Shirley Lou Spearman Smith

Shirley Lou Spearman Smith was born Oct.10, 1942 in Spearman, and left us on June 4, 2021. She suffered from dementia in the last years of her life but still told her children and grandchildren that she loved them every time she saw or spoke to them.

Webster rites set

Susan D. Webster, 49, of Perryton died June 5, 2021. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 15, at 10 a.m. at Key Heights Baptist Church in Perryton, with Rev. Duce Cooper officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Eric Short

Eric Short, 49, of Forney, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021, in Kermit. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, June 7, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Collinsworth rites held

Eula Bernice Knowles Collinsworth, 93, of Perryton, died May 30, 2021. Services were held Wednesday, June 2, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Laverty officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Threadgill rites pending

Daniel Lee Threadgill, 66, died May 25, 2021 in Spearman. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. He was born Jan. 6, 1955 in Lubbock. He was a lifetime resident of Perryton.

Eisenman rites set

Judy K. Eisenman, 78, of Perryton, died May 21, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Victory Family Church with Marlon Sparks officiating. She was born Jan. 12, 1943 in Dumas, and married Bobby Eisenman on June 22, 1963 at Calvary Temple Church in Perryton.

Tarango rites held

Francisco “Pancho” Tarango, 87, of Perryton died May 21, 2021. Funeral services were held Monday, May 24, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Cesar Gomez officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Dorla Hedgpeth, 87, of Perryton, died May 14, 2021. A memorial graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 26, at 2 p.m. at Ochiltree Cemetery. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Cathie DeAnn Merkey, 64 of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. A visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Rollins Funeral Home.

Ammons rites held

Darryl Ammons, 81, of Hutchinson, KS, died May 3, 2021, at his home. He was born January 13, 1940, in Pampa to Carl and Bennie (Oliphant) Ammons. Darryl graduated from high school in Pampa in 1958, and went on to earn his associate’s degree at Decatur Baptist College.
