Orvil Lee Brummett, a longtime resident of Spearman, peacefully transitioned from this life to his eternal home on Sept. 10, 2021 at the age of 89. Orvil was born on May 30, 1932 in Perryton, to Harry Lee and Ada Belle States Brummett.

John Winston Perkins, 79, died on Tuesday Sept. 7, 2021 at Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, KS. He was born on September 9, 1941 at Leon, OK the son of Roy J. and Agnes M. (Brueggemeyer) Perkins. He married Norma L. Weinett on June 18, 1961 at Booker.

Lenis Fern Seedig preceded by her husband, Wilbert Seedig, passed from this life on Friday, Sept. 3, 2021. She was a long-time resident of Perryton, and passed away peacefully in her home in Amarillo. Lenis Fern attended a women’s college in Denver, CO, before marrying Wilbert.
