Rites held for Thomas infant

Ella June Thomas

Ella June Thomas, infant daughter of Brayton and Morgan Thomas, died Jan. 23, 2024 in Amarillo.

Graveside services were held Saturday, Jan. 27, at Capital View Cemetery, north of Elmwood, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

She was born Jan. 23, 2024. Her parents are members of First Baptist Church in Perryton.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Amelia June Cowan, Ella Mae Rice, Greg Allen, Charley Thomas and Dub Bratcher.

She is survived by her parents; her grandparents, Carmen Cowan and Rodney of Balko, OK, Darrell and Penny Rice of Norman, OK, and Brian and Lea Thomas of Perryton; and greatgrandparents, Stevie Cowan of Balko, OK, Louis Rice of Norman, OK, Barbara Bratcher of Lubbock, Nita Re Thomas of Springfield TN and Randi Ortega of Perryton.

The family suggests memorials to the Perryton Tornado Relief Fund or Frames of Love, 527 Royce Dr., Amarillo TX 79110.
