Mark Lee Frazier, 67, of Beaver, OK, died June 9, 2026 in Perryton.
Services were held Saturday, June 13, at North Harvest Community Church in Follett, with Rev. Eric Cox officiating. Burial followed in Fairmont Cemetery in Follett. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
He was born Dec. 12, 1958 in Austin, and graduated from Follett High School. He married Nancy Starr on May 20, 1984 in Perryton.
He was a truck driver in the petroleum industry and a member of Living Word Fellowship Church in Woodward, OK. He also owned and operated a construction business and operated Panther Cove in Follett.
He was preceded in death by his father, Norval Bourquin; and an infant daughter, Emily Frazier.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; three daughters, Nichol Frazier of Beaver, OK, Rebecca Claypool of Booker and Elizabeth Franklin of Iowa; his mother, Catherine Bourquin of Amarillo; four brothers, Frank Frazier, Danny Frazier, David Frazier and Paul Bourquin; and seven grandchildren.
