Marilyn Sanderlin

Funeral services for Marilyn Ruth Reitz Sanderlin, 85, of Irving will be 11 a.m., Thursday, February 15, 2024, at the Colonial Funeral Home of Irving Chapel in Irving. Chaplain Rick Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Family and friends may visit Wednesday, Feb. 14, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Marilyn was born March 11, 1938 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of William Andrew Reitz and Viola Hall Reitz. She passed away January 31, 2024 in Roanoke, TX.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 54 years, Wayne G. Sanderlin and her daughter-in-law, Dawn Sanderlin.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Mark Sanderlin and Dan Sanderlin; her sisters, Nancy Matoba and Donna Warner; and grandchildren, Cerys Sanderlin and Daylan Sanderlin.
