Jerry Mack Garrison

Jerry Mack Garrison, 79, died Aug. 28, 2020 in Waco.

Memorial services will be Sunday, Oct. 11, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Lott.

He was born in Levelland, and graduated from Levelland High School, where he was an All State football player, in 1959. He attended Texas Tech, leaving in his senior year to work in radio broadcasting.

He formerly owned and operated KEYE Radio in Perryton, then owned and operated KLMT in Marlin. After selling KLMT, he completed his degree and teacher certification in 1989, and began his teaching career.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann; three sons, Chris, David and Michael; and six grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to one’s favorite charity.
