Donald Clyce Rogers, 91, of Perryton, passed away Nov. 25, 2023 in Perryton.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 10:30 a.m. at Community Worship Center in Perryton, with Rev. Kevin Brittain officiating. Cremation arrangements were by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton.
He was born June 8, 1932 in Perryton, to Clyce and Helen Spencer Rogers. He was a member of the Methodist Church in Perryton. He farmed and ranched his entire life in Ochiltree County. He was a veteran of the U.S. military, having served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Gale Rogers; and one sister, Jane Hudson.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; two stepdaughters, Shari Davis of Perryton and Terri Villavaso of Scottsdale, AZ; two grandsons, Evan Villavaso of Scottsdale, AZ and Tyler Villavaso of New Orleans, LA; one granddaughter, Emily Villavaso of Scottsdale, AZ; one great-granddaughter, Joelle Villavaso of Scottsdale, AZ; two nephews, John Hudson of Seguin, and Jeff Rogers of Perryton; and two nieces, Mary Dudley and Ann Burandt, both of Perryton.
