Campbell rites set

James S. Campbell, 85, of Booker, died June 29, 2020.

Memorial services will be held Friday, July 3, at 10:30 a.m. at the Booker High School auditorium with Pastor Jeff Nagell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing will be practiced and occupancy numbers will be limited. Services will be broadcast live on the Boxwell Brothers Facebook page. There is a link on the funeral home’s website to the page.

He was born March 31, 1935 in Haviland, KS, and married Angela Beer on March 6, 1982 in Goodwell, OK. He was a teacher for over 50 years, and was a member of Booker Friends Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Lola (Hague) Campbell.

He is survived by his wife, Angela, of Booker; three daughters, Jill Campbell of Amarillo, Heather Sessing of Moore, OK and Brooke Clevenger of Goldsby, OK; one son, Blake Campbell of Perryton; one brother, Richard Campbell of Thornton, CO; and eight grandchildren.
