Eleanor Bransgrove, 94, of Perryton, died Jan. 9, 2021.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 15, at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with Rev. Gary McClellan officiating. Burial will follow in Gray Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

The funeral home will be open for viewing/visitation on Thursday, Jan. 15, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Friday, Jan. 15, from 9 a.m. until service time. Social distancing will be practiced and occupancy numbers will be limited.

She was born Feb. 14, 1926 on a farm between Waka and Farnsworth, and graduated from Perryton High School in 1943. After graduation, she worked at Western Auto, Hobbs Motor Company and Littau Motor Company. She later worked for Senior Village as a cook, then supervisor, for over 20 years. She married Weldon Bransgrove on Nov. 13, 1959 in Perryton.

She was a lifetime resident of the Perryton area, and a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Weldon; her parents, William Henry and Hattie (Classen) Jennrich; and a sister, Leola Jennrich.

She is survived by two sons, William Bransgrove of Hereford and Richard Bransgrove of Miami, FL; one daughter, Linda Bransgrove of Amarillo; and one grandchild.
