Arzate rites held

Isela Arzate, 39, of Booker died Sept. 9, 2020.

Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 14, at Booker Friends Church with Pastor Gary Mills officiating. Burial followed in Heart Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Booker.

She was born Feb. 1, 1981 in Beaver, OK. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Booker.

She is survived by her husband, Cruz Nevarez, of the home; five children, Sinai Gonzalez, Seyer Gonzales, Saidah Arzate, Sadyah Arzate and Samyah Arzate, all of Booker; her parents, Baltazar and Eulalia Arzate of Booker; three brothers, Baltazar Arzate, Jr., of Manitowoc, WI, Eliazar Arzate of Angelton and Carlos Arzate of Booker; and one sister, Griselda Arzate of Booker.
