  • PICKLEBALL TOURNEY WINNERS—Four pickleball players from the Perryton and Booker area competed in the Oklahoma Senior Games Aug. 79 in Oklahoma City. All four qualified to attend the 2027 National Senior Games in Tulsa, OK June 30-July 11, 2027. Winning gold medals were Gary Rinker and Shirley Howard, 60-64 age division; Rinker and Rick LaFollette, 55-64 age division; Howard and Dunlavy, 65-69 age division; and LaFollette in the 75-79 age division.
