Victoria and Silas Oswald and their children, Harrison, Amelia and Kendall
Victoria Herbert Oswald is the All-American Girl. She graduated in 2009 from Perryton High School, after stellar academic, cross country and track careers.
Her parents are Allan and Debbie Herbert. She also has two equally as successful sisters, Halie and Lacey. After graduation from PHS, Oswald attended Wayland Baptist University getting her degree in English education and minoring in Spanish.
