Members of the Top of the Panhandle Amateur Radio Club (TOPARC) met recently to celebrate the club’s 50th anniversary.
Jerome Doerrie and Hugh Barton were honored as founders of the organization, and president Jim Lear presented the club with a certificate from the American Radio Relay League for their renewal as a Special Service Club.
