Shawn Bogard is a joy to be around. Every community needs at least one clone of her. She works very hard behind the scenes to make everyone’s life better. Though she never asks for or expects accolades, she deserves a mountain of gold and recognition.
Bogard was born In Perryton in 1963 at the old hospital across from the courthouse. Her parents are John and Ida Schneider.
