The Ochiltree County jail has been busy the past two weeks: Raymond A. Martinez, 28, was arrested on fourth degree felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2, less than one gram and delivery of marijuana, over one-quarter ounce but less than five pounds. He was released on $15,500 total bond.
