Perryton and Ochiltree County haven’t had any significant precipitation since last October, so the short shower the county got on Thursday night was welcomed, even if it didn’t bring a lot of rain.
KEYE Radio’s official rainfall total was .17 of an inch of precipitation.
Steve Johnson, who lives 13 miles northwest of Perryton, recorded .70 of an inch of rain.
