A stolen sign and a disturbance in an alley were among the few crimes reported to police during the week.
Police received a call about a person screaming in the alley in the 800 block between Fordham and Grinnell. Officers arrived on the scene, and drugs were allegedly found on the suspect. He was taken to county jail.
