Rushing Wind Emmaus sets Fall Festival Rushing Wind Emmaus, in conjunction with the Waka Christian Center, will host its Fall Festival on Saturday, Nov. 11, at the WCC in Waka. The event begins at 4 p.m., followed by a Thanksgiving meal at 6 p.m. and a worship service at 7 p.m. There will be games, prizes, a bounce house, and more.
