Candidate filing is underway for positions up for election on the Perryton City Council and Perryton School Board.
The filing period opened on Jan. 13, and will run through Friday, Feb. 12.
The general election will be held Saturday, May 1 at City Hall. Voting for city council and school board will both be conducted there.
