Early voting in the Nov. 3 general election has been heavy so far, a little over a week into the three week period.
As of early Wednesday afternoon, 1,242 people had cast early ballots in person, with an additional 200 ballot by mail requests.
Ochiltree County Clerk Cassi Laxton noted that in the last election, a total of 3,029 residents (57% turnout) cast ballots, 1,692 of those early. This…
