Deputies from the Ochiltree County Sheriff’s Department pursued a fugitive into Hansford County on Sunday.
According to Sheriff Terry Bouchard, on Sunday afternoon, Ochiltree County Deputy Billy Kenyon attempted to stop Michael Maxwell, 41, on an outstanding felony warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
