The Perryton City Council moved forward with applying for two disaster related grants, and decided on a proposed tax rate for 2023-24 at its meeting Tuesday evening.
Paige Witthar-Goodell and Alex Guerrero, with the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission were there to explain the different funding opportunities.
The PRPC has been assisting the city in its applications.
