The Ochiltree County Commissioners’ Court met on Monday morning at the Ochiltree County Courthouse.
Among other items on the agenda, the commissioners accepted the resignation of Ochiltree County Tax Assessor/Collector Linda Womble.
Womble, who has been the county’s tax assessor for 15 years, has decided to retire. Her resignation will be effective on Dec. 31.
