A cold snap on Tuesday brought plunging temperatures, high winds, and misting rain to Ochiltree County. Though the rain was not heavy, it fell for most of Tuesday and overnight on Wednesday morning, which added up to some decent precipitation. KEYE’s official rainfall total was .18 of an inch of rain.
