The City of Perryton’s sales tax payment for April was still down, but just barely, bucking a trend for the last few months.
The city received a check for $172,398, down just 2% from April 2020. For the year so far, the city has received a total of $796,069, down 12 % from the same point in 2020.
Around the area, about half the cities had increased payments and half did not.
