The Perryton City Council met at noon Tuesday to review the proposed 2020-21 budget and informally decide on a proposed tax rate.
City Manager David Landis noted that the proposed $11.9 million budget (which includes general fund, utility fund, city service/capital replacement fund and the Community Development Fund) is down around $2 million, or 16% from the current year.
