Fourth and fifth grade students at Williams Intermediate Elementary School participated in the school’s annual spelling bee last Friday afternoon.
Of 36 students competing in the bee, first place went to fourth grader Avery Castanon, followed by fifth grader Jacey Hinshaw in second, and fifth grader Adrian Vazquez in third place.
