Local citizens turned out Monday evening for a candidate forum on Monday evening at Frank Phillips College, Allen Campus, as candidates for position of Ochiltree County Clerk discussed the issues in the campaign.
Dr. Randy Skaggs served as moderator for the event, while media questions came from John Ellzey from KEYE and Mary Dudley from the Perryton Herald.
