BEEF CONFERENCE HELD AT EXPO

The Northeast Panhandle Beef Conference was held on Wednesday morning at the Ochiltree County Expo. A small but focused group of local producers turned out to hear Tiffany Lashmet, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Attorney speak on the topic of Legal Requirements for Processing and Selling Beef Direct to the Consumer.
