The Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association (PPROA) recently elected Richard Beyea of Perryton as their chairman of the board for 2021-23.
Beyea’s election took place during the PPROA’s annual meeting and convention in Amarillo Aug. 31 through Sept. 1. Over 200 attended the convention.
